Square 54 is located at 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW adjacent to the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro at the "front door" to both GW's Foggy Bottom campus and the Foggy Bottom and West End neighborhoods.
The Square 54 redevelopment team was led by the developer Boston Properties.
