Every year, approximately 3,000 people attended this free annual
event that includes booths from local businesses, restaurants, groups and
institutions. The event is brought to you by FRIENDS, a community group thatfacilitates discussion and mutual understanding through open public meetings between Foggy Bottom/West End residents and GW.
