FOGGY BOTTOM/WEST END NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY

In 2008, approximately 3,000 people attended this free annual event that includes booths from local businesses, restaurants, groups and institutions. The event is brought to you by FRIENDS, a community group started at the request of local neighbors to promote positive dialogue between GW and its neighbors.
